The dual language education program exploration is based on the research-based Guiding Principles for Dual Language Education, Strand on Program Structure, the Dual Language Program Planner and MA DESE Guidance for Defining and Implementing Dual Language Education and Transitional Bilingual Education Programs.
Outcome:Engaging varied stakeholders (district leadership, school leadership, community) with exploring the district or school's motivation and readiness to implement dual language education programs.
Format: Face-to-face meetings, conference calls and emails with selected stakeholders
