    Pre-Conference School Tours

    Week of March 19 - 23, 2018

    MABE has been organizing visits to dual language programs since 2013 as part of MABE’s Southern New England Dual Language Conference: Making Connections.  Opening your doors to visitors is a powerful way to advocate for Dual Language Programs.  This year the week for the school visits is Monday, March 19 through Friday, March 23, 2018. 

    Registration Information

    We invite you to register your school/program by clicking on the registration button. You will be asked to complete the days and times your school/program can offer a school tour. Please complete this section to the best of your knowledge, knowing that we will contact you via email to confirm this information. Your school's participation is not finalized until it had been confirmed by the MABE conference committee.

    Step-by-step Registration Instructions

     Each member has their very own MABE account.  We ask that each individual member register on their own. 
    One person can register and pay for multiple attendees. Directions for "Guest (multiple) Registrations".

    Payment Methods: Check, Credit Card or Purchase Order

    1. Individual completes registration form (and creates or updates MABE account).  An administrator may register a group of teachers.
    2. This will generate a pending registration in each participant's name. A copy of the invoice will be sent to participant's email address.
    3. Participant should forward the pending registration to their supervisor who is in charge of the funds that will be used to pay for his/her registration. The PURCHASE ORDER # from the school/ district must be received by MABE prior to the conference event, or at least 15 days prior to the event. Once MABE receives the school/ district PO #, participant will receive a second e-mail notification indicating the the purchase order # has been received.
    4. Administrator, please send PO to: or mail to MABE, c/o P.O. Box 281, Ashland, MA 01721.
    If you district is unable to generate a PO before the event, we suggest that you pay via credit card and request reimbursement from your district.

    *Due to too many "no shows," resulting in loss, MABE will strictly follow this policy.
