Step-by-step Registration Instructions
Each member has their very own MABE account. We ask that each individual register on their own.
Payment Methods: Check, Credit Card or Purchase Order
FOR PURCHASE ORDER PAYMENTS
- Individual completes registration form (and creates or updates MABE account)
- This will generate a pending registration in participant's name. A copy of the invoice will be sent to participant's email address.
- Participant should forward the pending registration to their supervisor who is in charge of the funds that will be used to pay for his/her registration. The PO from the school/ district must be received by MABE before participant is officially registered. Once MABE receives the school/ district PO, participant will receive a second e-mail notification indicating a change in status from "pending" to "registered."
- Administer, please send PO to: firstname.lastname@example.org or mail to MABE, c/o P.O. Box 281, Ashland, MA 01721. Once the purchase order is received, your registered participants will receive an e-mail that indicates a change in their registration status from "pending" to "registered." Purchase Orders MUST BE RECEIVED AT LEAST 5 DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT.*
If you district is unable to generate a PO before the event, we suggest that you pay via credit card and request reimbursement from your district.
*Due to too many "no shows," resulting in loss, MABE will strictly follow this policy.
