Registration and Payment Instruction for Events/Activities

Step 1: For the particular event/activity, select the registration type. 

Step 2: Complete the registration information. 

(Note: Members can log in to auto-fill your contact information.)

Step 3: If registering for a group, click "add guest" on bottom left corner for any additional names to your group.

Step 4: Review and confirm your registration by clicking on "confirm" on bottom right corner.

Step 5: To proceed with your selected payment method, click "View/Pay Invoice".

Step 6: Finally, follow one of the payment methods listed below:

CREDIT CARD payments...
Please click on www.massmabe.org/pay.

You will be sent to an off site location to process the credit card payment.  The payment button is for one registration.  For group registrations, you will need to either repeat this process or follow another payment procedure.  Your registration will not be complete until payment is received. Please allow 24-48 hours before your registration is activated. You will then receive an e-mail that indicates the registration payment has been paid.

CHECK payments...

PURCHASE ORDER (PO) payments...

When paying by purchase order, the step after registration is for your district to generate a PURCHASE ORDER NUMBER.  We suggest you send a copy of your registration form to the person in your school/ district that is responsible for the purchase order.  Registration will not be final until the PURCHASE ORDER NUMBER is received by MABE (email to PhyllisHardy@massmabe.org or mailed to Multistate Association for Bilingual Education/MABE, P.O. Box 281, Ashland, MA 01721).  Once the PURCHASE ORDER NUMBER is received, you will receive an e-mail that indicating receipt of PO #.  

NOTE: See description for more detailed explanation on purchase order payments or multiple registrations.
  If you district is unable to generate a PO # before the event, we suggest that you pay via credit card and request reimbursement from your district.
